Mr. King has handled business disputes and litigation for more than 20 years. He has tried jury and non-jury cases in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, and prosecuted and defended complex American Arbitration Association proceedings and Federal Multi-District Complex Litigation Proceedings. His experience includes representation of property owners, developers, contractors, insurance companies, and bond sureties.
